The Lexus Induction is a training conference for new employees coming into Lexus. To make it feel more intimate, each person was given their own personalised name tags, luggage tags, hotel room keys, and a note from the CEO dropped in their hotel rooms. Complex brand guidelines needed to be followed with approved modifications to suit event needs while still introducing new team members to the Lexus brand.
